Senecio ‘String of Lanterns’ – Rare Trailing Succulent with Lantern-Shaped Leaves

Add a touch of whimsy and rare charm to your indoor plant collection with Senecio ‘String of Lanterns’, a captivating trailing succulent prized for its distinctive, lantern-like foliage. Each plump, oval leaf features delicate ribbing and a translucent glow, resembling miniature paper lanterns strung along slender, cascading vines.

Perfect for hanging baskets, high shelves, or bright windowsills, this unique succulent spills elegantly over the edges, creating a stunning waterfall of soft green beads. Its sculptural look makes it a standout in modern interiors or curated succulent displays.

Easy to care for and drought-tolerant, ‘String of Lanterns’ thrives in bright, indirect light and is simple to propagate from cuttings. With the right conditions, it may also produce small, dainty flowers in white or pale yellow.

Main Features:

  • Distinctive lantern-shaped foliage in soft green tones
  • Gracefully trailing stems that can reach over 60 cm in length
  • Perfect for hanging planters or high shelves
  • Drought-tolerant and easy to propagate
