Shipping policy

At Succulents online, we’re committed to delivering your plants quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when we ship, as well as important information for customers in specific regions.


Dispatch Schedule

We ship orders every Monday morning(Except public holiday) via Australia Post Express to ensure your plants arrive healthy and avoid unnecessary time in transit.
To be included in the next dispatch, please place your order by 6:00 AM Friday.


Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary based on location, but most customers can expect their order within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch:

  • QLD: 1–2 days

  • NSW: 1–3 days

  • VIC: 2–3 days

  • SA: 2–4 days

During busy times such as early spring or major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter), delivery may take slightly longer—up to 5 business days.


Express Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate Express Shipping: $16.90 for metro areas.

For deliveries to remote postcodes, an additional $10 regional surcharge applies.

Important Notes

  • The regional surcharge is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

  • If your postcode falls within one of the ranges above, the $10 surcharge will apply.

  • Orders over $140 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Australia. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout for eligible orders. Orders to remote areas will incur a $10 surcharge.(Note: This minimum amount is subject to change. Any updates will be clearly communicated on our website.)

    Free shipping is available on orders over $140 (T & C applied).

    Please note:

    • Only one discount can be applied per order.
    • If you purchase already discounted products, free shipping will not apply.
    • If the savings from your discounted items are less than the shipping cost, please contact us and we will refund you the difference.

Special Notes for NT, TAS & WA Customers

Due to regional biosecurity rules, customers in Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Western Australia must contact us before placing an order to confirm any extra fees related to quarantine inspections.
We coordinate shipments to these areas approximately every six weeks via a certified third-party quarantine service.

Returns & Refunds

We handle every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Please note: Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases, so we encourage you to choose your items carefully.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an direct email from us with tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.


PO Box Deliveries

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes—convenient and hassle-free!


Click & Collect (Nursery Pickup)

If you’ve selected to pick up your order from our nursery, we’ll let you know once it’s ready—usually within 7 days. Please wait for confirmation before coming in, as your plants may not be ready for collection immediately.
