  • All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • We accept secure payments through major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Orders are processed based on availability.

  • Succulents online reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery Details

  • We offer express shipping across Australia, starting at a flat rate of $15.90. Final shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday mornings via Australia Post. Please submit your order before 6:00 AM Friday to ensure inclusion in the next week's dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes:

    • Queensland (QLD): 1–2 business days

    • New South Wales (NSW): 1–3 business days

    • Victoria (VIC): 2–3 business days

    • South Australia (SA): 2–4 business days

  • We schedule Monday dispatches to reduce the chance of plants being held in transit over the weekend.

  • Customers in NT, TAS, and WA: Due to quarantine regulations, please contact us prior to ordering as additional charges may apply.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • While we take every precaution to protect your plants during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if something arrives damaged or incorrect. Include photos to help us assess the issue.

  • Please choose your plants carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

5. Succulent Care Responsibility

We provide plant care guidance on our website. It is your responsibility to follow these care instructions to maintain the health of your plants.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, including photos, text, and design elements, belongs to Succulents World. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
