Philodendron White Knight

Care

Light

Place in a bright position with plenty of indirect light. Avoid prolonged direct afternoon sun, which may scorch the variegated leaves.

Water

Water when the top few centimetres of the potting mix feel dry. Avoid overwatering and ensure excess water drains freely.

Soil

Grow in a premium, well-draining indoor plant mix enriched with orchid bark and perlite to encourage healthy root development.

Temperature

Thrives in warm indoor conditions and should be protected from cold temperatures and frost.

Humidity

Prefers moderate to high humidity. Good air circulation and occasional misting or a nearby humidifier can help maintain healthy foliage.

Fertiliser

Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser during spring and summer following the manufacturer's recommendations.

Good to know

The amount of white variegation varies naturally from plant to plant, making each specimen unique. While brighter light can help maintain variegation, avoid exposing the plant to intense direct sun. As with other Philodendron species, this plant is considered toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children.
