Plants are shipped bare root unless otherwise specified. Orders placed before Friday 6 AM (AEST) are shipped the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday.
Phal. King Car Honey Peach is a Phalaenopsis orchid valued for its soft peach-toned flowers and easy indoor care. It’s well suited to shelves, desks, or bright windows indoors.
This variety produces rounded blooms in warm honey and peach shades, sometimes with gentle colour gradients. It grows upright from a single stem with broad green leaves, making it compact and manageable. Many growers choose Phalaenopsis orchids for their long-lasting flowers and relatively simple care requirements.
This has been grown in a standard orchid nursery pot, so that size is a good guide if you’re picking a pot for home. We usually ship bare root for freshness and to keep costs low, but we’re happy to pot your plant on request!
Care
Light
Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun which can mark the leaves.
Water
Water when the potting mix is nearly dry. Do not let water sit in the crown.
Humidity
Average indoor humidity is usually fine.
Temperature
Thrives in stable indoor temperatures. Avoid cold exposure.
Feeding
Use a weak orchid fertiliser regularly during growth.
Good to know
Flowers can last for several weeks or longer under stable indoor conditions.
