Care

Light
Place in bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh afternoon sun through glass, particularly during hot Australian weather, as this can scorch the foliage.

Watering
Allow the growing medium to approach dryness before watering again. Avoid leaving the roots sitting in stagnant water, as consistently wet conditions can lead to root problems.

Temperature
A warm, stable position is generally suitable. Protect the plant from extreme heat, cold draughts and sudden temperature changes.

Humidity
Reasonable humidity can help support healthy growth. Good air circulation is also important, particularly in humid conditions.

Feeding
During active growth, use a suitable orchid fertiliser according to the product instructions. Avoid over-fertilising.

Orchids can take some time to adjust after moving to a new environment. Changes in light, temperature and watering can affect flowering, so give the plant time to settle into its new position.
