The Hoodia gordonii is a rare and fascinating succulent native to the deserts of Southern Africa. Known for its upright, spiny, cactus-like stems, this plant thrives in hot, dry conditions and makes a unique addition to any succulent collection. During the warmer months, mature plants may produce star-shaped, flesh-toned flowers that attract pollinators and add to its unusual charm.
Care Tips:
-
Position in full sun to partial shade for healthy growth.
-
Plant in a very well-draining succulent or cactus mix to avoid root rot.
-
