Dendrobium Colour Dance care in Australia

• Light: Provide bright, filtered light, with protection from harsh afternoon sun.
• Water: Water during active growth as the mix begins to dry, allowing excess water to drain completely. A young plant needs regular moisture checks; avoid both constant wetness and prolonged drying.
• Potting mix: Use an airy orchid mix suitable for a small plant, with good drainage around the roots.
• Growing position: Protect from frost and extreme heat. Maintain gentle airflow, especially during humid weather.
• Fertiliser: Apply diluted orchid fertiliser according to the label while the plant is actively growing.
• Seasonal care: Adjust watering to the plant's growth and local conditions. Dendrobium hybrids have different winter needs; avoid imposing a prolonged dry rest on a young plant without variety-specific advice.

What you will receive

One young Dendrobium ‘Colour Dance’ grown in a 50mm nursery pot. It is shipped bare root, without the nursery pot or growing medium, unless otherwise specified. Plant size, cane number and growth stage naturally vary.

Will my plant arrive flowering?

Flowers are not guaranteed at dispatch. The flower photograph illustrates the variety's potential rather than the exact plant supplied. The 50mm size refers to the nursery pot diameter, not the plant's height or mature size.
