Fittonia ‘Ruyi’
Fittonia ‘Ruyi’ is a colourful tropical foliage plant valued for its intricate veining and compact growth. It is well suited to indoor shelves, desks, or low-light corners.
This variety features small, soft leaves patterned with contrasting veins, often in shades of pink, red, or light green against a darker base. It grows in a low, spreading form, making it ideal for terrariums or grouped indoor displays. It is often chosen for decorative indoor styling where bold foliage contrast is desired.
Care
Light Prefers bright indirect light. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the leaves.
Watering Keep soil lightly moist. Do not allow to fully dry out.
Soil Use a well-draining indoor plant mix with some moisture retention.
Temperature Thrives in warm indoor conditions. Avoid cold drafts.
Humidity Prefers higher humidity. Suitable for bathrooms or terrariums.

Fittonia may droop quickly if underwatered but usually recovers after watering. Consistent moisture is key.
