Aglaonema pictum 'Tricolour' is a rare and highly sought-after aroid prized for its striking foliage that resembles camouflage print. Native to the rainforests of Sumatra, this plant features broad leaves patterned in a mosaic of deep green, light green, and silvery-green tones. Its slow-growing and compact nature makes it ideal for indoor collections, terrariums, and shaded plant displays.

Care Tips:

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but tolerates lower light levels. Avoid direct sun which may scorch the leaves.

Watering: Keep soil lightly moist but not soggy. Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry.

Humidity: Enjoys high humidity. Ideal for bathrooms, terrariums, or rooms with a humidifier.

Soil: Use a well-aerated, chunky aroid mix (orchid bark, perlite, peat). Ensure good drainage.

Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures (18–28°C). Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 12°C.

Fertilizer: Feed monthly during the growing season with a balanced liquid fertiliser diluted to half strength.

Propagation: Can be propagated by stem cuttings or division.
