Calathea Ornata is a visually striking houseplant known for its glossy, deep green leaves lined with elegant pink pinstripes. Native to South America, this tropical beauty belongs to the Marantaceae family, often called “prayer plants” due to their leaf movements that respond to day and night cycles. Calathea Ornata brings a touch of sophistication and lush greenery to any indoor space and is especially valued for its bold foliage and pet-friendly nature.

Care Tips:
- Light: Prefers bright, filtered light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade or burn the leaves.

- Humidity: Thrives in high humidity (over 60%). Mist regularly, place near a humidifier, or set on a pebble tray.
- Temperature: Keep in a warm environment (18–26°C). Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
- Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter. A mix for tropical or foliage plants is ideal.
