Neobuxbaumia euphorbioides is a unique and striking cactus native to Mexico, specifically found in the arid landscapes of Puebla and Oaxaca.It is notable for its columnar growth habit and resemblance to some members of the Euphorbia genus, which is reflected in its species name 'euphorbioides'.

Growth Habit: Neobuxbaumia euphorbioides grows as a tall, columnar cactus that can reach impressive heights, sometimes up to 10 feet or more.

Stem Characteristics: The stem of Neobuxbaumia euphorbioides is green to blue-green and covered with a waxy cuticle that helps it conserve water.

Rock Gardens: Works well in rock gardens with other drought-tolerant plants, providing a vertical contrast to lower-growing species.

Outdoor Containers: Can be grown in large containers on patios or balconies, especially in areas where ground planting is not feasible.
