Euphorbia tortilis is a rare and fascinating succulent shrub known for its unique, twisted stems and architectural growth habit. Native to arid regions of Africa, it features spiraled, grey-green branches lined with small spines and tiny leaves that appear briefly during the growing season. Its contorted form gives it a bonsai-like character, making it highly sought after by collectors and lovers of unusual succulents.

This drought-tolerant species thrives in dry conditions and makes an excellent addition to xeriscapes, succulent gardens, or container displays where its sculptural shape can be appreciated.

Care Tips:

  • Light: Full sun to bright indirect light.
  • Water: Water sparingly. Allow soil to dry completely between waterings.
  • Soil: Requires well-draining, sandy or gritty soil.
  • Temperature: Warm temperatures preferred. Protect from frost.
  • Growth Habit: Slow-growing, upright, and twisting; ideal as a feature plant in pots.

The succulent plant housed in the red pot comes in a 80mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.
