Shipping and Delivery

To guarantee your succulents arrive in good condition, we send out all orders via Australia Post Express every Monday morning.

Please ensure your order is placed by Friday at 6 AM so we can include it in that week's dispatch.

We are now offer shipping to Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory, with our next dispatch scheduled for July 21th . To be included in this shipment, please ensure your completed form is submitted by 10:00 AM Queensland time on 11th July . Prior to placing your order, we kindly request you to contact us at info@succulentsonline.com.au. This will allow us to explain the shipping procedures and inform you of any additional costs that might be associated with these regions. We look forward to assisting you with your succulent orders and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Postage

We provide expedited shipping across Australia with a flat rate starting from $16.90. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the distance to your location, not the weight of your order. No matter how heavy your parcel is, we take care of any additional postage costs for you.

All plants are shipped bare-rooted via Australia Express Post, and we take great care to ensure they arrive safe and in excellent condition.

If you would like your plants sent in pots, please email us at info@succulentsonline.com.au or admin@succulentsonline.com.au for a custom shipping quote.

Orders are shipped first thing Monday morning, so please place your order before Friday 6.00 AM in Queensland time to ensure dispatch the following week.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.


📦 Important Update – We’re Keeping Shipping Affordable for You
Australia Post has increased their postage rates effective July 1st. While this change affects all businesses, we remain committed to keeping your costs as low as possible. To help cover part of this increase, we are making only a small adjustment of A$1.00 to our flat shipping rate.

This minimal change reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our customers and making plant delivery accessible and affordable, because we value your trust and loyalty.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows and may be subject to minor variations depending on the destination:

  • Queensland (QLD): 1-2 business days
  • New South Wales (NSW): 1-3 business days
  • Victoria (VIC): 2-3 business days
  • South Australia (SA): 2-4 business days

Pick-up

For customers residing in or visiting the Sunshine Coast region, we offer the convenience of order pickup at our East Deep Creek, Queensland, Australia location. Please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Terms and Conditions — Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Delivery time varies,

Approximate times are: QLD: 1-2 days, NSW: 1-3 days, VIC: 2-3 days, SA: 2-4 days We aim to ship on Monday mornings. This is to avoid your plants sitting in transit over the weekend.

NT, TAS, WA customers: please contact us before placing your order due to additional quarantine charges associated with these locations.

Returns policy

If there is a problem with your order when arrive, please send us an email within three days of receiving. And please make sure to send us a photo showing the damaged plant and a photo of the shipping label on the box.

If you have changed your mind about your order or if you want to delay the delivery date, please contact us before end of the week before we process your order over the weekend.

  • We ship our orders only on Monday or Tuesday to avoid delays with Australia Post and to avoid possible damages if plants get stuck with Australia Post over the weekends.

Important Notes:

If you are not happy with your order for any reason other than damage to the plants during shipping, you may return the plants to us for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the plant’s condition upon arrival.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be sent via Australia Express Post.

Once we receive the returned plants, we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same good and healthy condition as when you received them, using the photo you provided for comparison. If the plants pass inspection, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the plants.
