Agave americana 'Mediopicta,' often referred to as the "Mediopicta Agave" or "Variegated American Century Plant," is a captivating and visually striking succulent known for its dramatic variegated foliage.

This particular variety, Mediopicta, is distinguished by its striking foliage. The leaves are broad and fleshy, with a blue-green coloration and a central band of creamy yellow, giving the plant a variegated appearance. The leaves are arranged in a rosette formation, with each plant reaching a mature size of up to 6 feet tall and 8 feet wide.

Agave Americana Mediopicta is a hardy plant that thrives in full sun and well-draining soil. It is drought-tolerant and can survive in a range of temperatures, from extreme heat to mild frost. The plant produces tall flower spikes that can reach up to 30 feet in height, but this usually happens only once in its lifetime before the plant dies.
