Pony Tail Palm
Pony Tail Palm
Beaucarnea recurvata, commonly known as the Ponytail Palm. This plant is native to the deserts of southeastern Mexico.
The Ponytail Palm features a bulbous, water-storing trunk, often referred to as a caudex, which tapers off into a thinner stem. The leaves are narrow, leathery, and can grow several feet long. They are deep green in color and form a dense cluster at the top of the stem, drooping gracefully as they mature.
Due to its striking silhouette and minimal care requirements, the Ponytail Palm is often used as a decorative indoor plant in homes, offices, and commercial spaces. The caudex serves as a reservoir for water, allowing the plant to withstand periods of drought and making it an excellent choice for those who frequently forget to water.
Requires very little care, thriving on neglect. It is ideal for those who prefer low-maintenance gardening.Prefers bright, indirect light.Water sparingly, allowing the soil to completely dry out between waterings.
The succulent plant housed in the black pot comes in a 210mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.
