Oscularia deltoides, also known as the Deltoid-leaved Dewplant or Pink Ice Plant, is a captivating succulent native to the winter-rainfall regions of South Africa. This low-growing, spreading succulent forms a dense mat of triangular, blue-green leaves, creating a unique and eye-catching ground cover.

The leaves are fleshy and three-sided, with serrated edges that resemble tiny teeth. The stems and new growth often exhibit a reddish or purplish hue, adding a vibrant contrast to the cool tones of the foliage.

In the spring and early summer, Oscularia deltoides produces an abundance of small, daisy-like flowers in shades of pink or purple. These delicate blooms cover the plant.

Oscularia deltoides is a relatively low-maintenance plant that thrives in well-draining soil and full sun to partial shade. It is drought-tolerant and can withstand periods of neglect, making it an ideal choice for rock gardens, xeriscapes, or as a spiller in container arrangements.

The first two photo serves a display purpose only. The succulent plant housed in the red pot comes in a 50mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.

Lovely large plants arrived yet again packed beautifully and in good condition all ready to plant. They are now planted and going ahead nicely. I have been buying online plants for some time and these are right at the top of my list. I would recommend them to anyone starting a succulent collection.\nTo those of us who already have a collection this is the place to find that special plant.\nPatricia
