Echeveria Ebony

Echeveria 'Ebony' is a striking and highly sought-after hybrid known for its dramatic colour contrast and architectural form. It forms tight rosettes of fleshy, pointed leaves that are grey-green to pale lavender in colour, edged with deep burgundy to almost black margins. With adequate sunlight and cool temperatures, the dark edges intensify, making 'Ebony' a standout feature in any succulent collection.

Care Tips:

• Light: Requires full sun to partial shade. The darker colouring develops best with strong light.

• Watering: Water deeply but infrequently. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings.

• Soil: Use a gritty, fast-draining succulent mix.

• Temperature: Prefers 15–28°C. Protect from frost.

• Fertiliser: Light feeding during active growth in spring and summer with a diluted succulent fertiliser.

• Potting: Choose shallow pots with drainage holes. Repot only when necessary due to slow growth.
